You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You grant SayNothing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute submitted content solely for providing and improving the Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting content that contains personal data, contact details, or links intended to solicit contact.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
- Spam, scams, advertising, or automated posting.
- Any activity that attempts to circumvent rate limits, moderation, or platform safeguards.
5. Voting & Moderation
Each user may like or dislike a post once. We may automatically flag or limit visibility of content based on moderation signals. Admins may unflag or remove content at their discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and UI elements are the property of their respective owners. The Service and its original content are protected by applicable IP laws.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayNothing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
